Duties & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the whole process of admissions with a focus on marketing and outreach;
2. Coordinate with Public Affairs Department about publicity and media campaigns;
3. Coordinate admissions assignments and events, including database maintenance, network development, outreach events, interviews, etc.;
4. Responsible for admissions hotline and email correspondence with applicants;
5. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Essential qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; proficient in written and spoken English;
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in admissions, sales or marketing;
3. Proficient in office software, including WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT;
4. Proficient in research and data analysis
5. Clear sense on the daily work;
6. Good skill of communication and cooperation;
7. Hard-working, detail-oriented. Competent to handle the temporary task from the project leaders.
