Alberto Lazari studied his BSc at University College London and Ph.D. at the University of Oxford, where he is currently a Research Associate in Neuroscience. Passionate about reducing the societal burden of mental health conditions, he has worked in science policy at the Academy of Medical Sciences and Wellcome Trust, in addition to founding a medical technology start-up and authoring research publications on neuroscience in world-leading scientific journals. As a Schwarzman Scholar, he will explore global solutions to promoting mental health across science, technology, and policy. Alberto is from Italy and Switzerland.
